“Our trainer was very engaging and kept my attention throughout the whole day. The session was very interactive which was good, if a little embarrassing at times! I have done 2 courses previously, but I feel like this is the one that covered everything relevant to my needs in the workplace. I feel confident that if the need arose, I would be able to perform first aid, including CPR. I would definitely recommend Train Aid to other businesses.”

“Being able to do the theory part of the course at home on my own time was great! The course at the training center is really practical and although it’s a lot of material, the fact that the instructor is always recapping it through the whole course really helps to retain the information. Danielle was an excellent teacher! I would recommend it to anyone!”

“It was a great 3 days. The Trainer put everybody at their ease. It was very informative to be with a wide group of students: Aviation, Catering, Construction, Engineering, Health/Hospital, Fire Brigade & Police. I learnt a lot!”

“Phil was a fantastic instructor with a broad knowledge of training. I found the course very beneficial. Facilities at Manchester Eccles were somewhat unsuitable and uncomfortable for a long day of training. Would suggest a comfier and better equipped facility.”

“Thoroughly enjoyable first aid course. A nice balance of theory and practical application. I liked the video clips to reinforce the learning too. There was plenty of opportunity to ask questions and to share experiences. The written part of the course was informal and not to stressful! The trainer Gareth was excellent and we were all provided with a comprehensive first aid manual and a free gift of a mouth guard to put on our key rings. I feel confident that I have the skills to be able to cope in an emergency situation. I can certainly recommend Train Aid.”
