“I researched fireplace beams online before ordering and found most of the answers to my questions, however, before ordering, I had a few more. I phoned Traditional Beams who were helpful and confirmed to me that I should buy from them. Prices seemed to vary and they weren't the cheapest but we have been really happy with the service. Website was straightforward to order and the beam arrived very promptly and was exactly what we had expected and looks lovely since it has been installed, although until the build is complete, it is still covered in plastic. Overall, we were very happy and probably 4.5/5.”

“The beam we ordered is just what we wanted. The colour was perfect and we love the character that it gives to our room. Delivery was included in the price which was very reasonable as we had been looking for a while to find what we wanted. Would definitely recommend. Very pleased thank you.”

“Delighted with my beam, albeit slightly nervous about ordering without seeing the product. I telephoned on a couple of occasions and the service was first class. I even received a photograph of the beam finished with my choice of wax/oil to allow me to confirm I was happy prior to dispatch. I couldn't be happier the item arrived promptly and was well packaged. My only slight criticism would be that the photographs of the beams on the website do not clearly state the finish applied to them on all photos which would have made my choice slightly easier but that does not detract from my overall satisfaction. First class.”

“We decided to order from traditional beams based on the excellent customer reviews. The website was easy to use and once the order was placed the item was dispatched quickly. Unfortunately there were a few problems with the courier and the first item was not delivered, that said Traditional Beams dealt with this very efficiently and a replacement was sent out via a different courier the next day. We are really pleased with the quality and finish of the beam and feel it was a reasonably priced. Many thanks”
