“Traditional beams had a very clear and user friendly website. e ordered our beam with some extra specific requirements. Traditional Beams contacted us by phone first thing on a Monday morning to make sure they understood the requirements exactly. The beam was then very quickly prepared and dispatched. the website stated allow 14 days for delivery. It was received well packaged and exactly as described within four days from order. Excellent all round service - why cant it be like this every time from other retailers - trust them to do a good job - we are very pleased.”

“cannot recommend this company enough. Customer service was great as i was so unsure of what colour to go with. We have oak laminate and it was advised to go with Forest brown and the colour is fantastic, the look of the beam and the craftsmanship is superb. My dad is a joiner and he was really pleased with it too. The price at £80 was also fantastic for the quality of work.”

“I was very pleased with the wood beam good quality and well finished. It looks really good. Delivery was a problem nobody seemed to be able to work out what day it was being delivered. But we got it eventually well packed and undamaged. The mounting hardware that accompanied was pathetic. It was so poor I think dangerous. I had to devise and provide my own hardware.”

Thank-you for taking the time to leave our company a review. Unfortunately the courier we use does not offer a guaranteed delivery service so from time to time delivery is a day late. This is an area where we feel we've made huge improvements over the past year, we will keep customers informed throughout the process with tracking information. Our couriers will also send tracking information. As for the concealed shelf supports supplied with your beam, these are manufactured by HAFELE, a very well respected supplier of high quality hardware. They are rated to support 35kg between 2 brackets which is more than sufficient to support your beam. I have to say we get very, very few complaints about these brackets. They are usually very effective. If you e-mail us details of how you felt the brackets were unsuitable for the application I'd be keen to take up the issue with our supplier. Many thanks, Freddie.
