“I received an absolutely brilliant quality beam and it came through the post in a very quick time. I asked the staff for information about what stain they used and I received a reply explaining what they used and how to do it. Would definitely use these guys again.”

“Wow, good old fashioned customer service with a first class product 10/10 guys. My beam looks so nice I cant stop looking at it, I changed my order size at short notice, no problem to Traditional Beams, responded immediately and even refunded money which I did not expect. “I'm very pleased with my beam, it's beautiful. Traditional Beams answered my questions quickly. I'm surprised there's no fixings with my type of beam and no way to buy a fixing kit separately. I also had trouble with the delivery company where tracking said it was overnight delivery but did mention they don't deliver on a Saturday! I waited in ALL day.”
