“Very pleased with the quality of the product (4ft chunky wooden shelf) and speed of delivery. Helpful customer service when I (my error) realised I'd ordered incorrect fittings. Would definitely buy from Traditional Beams again.”

“I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I need bespoke wood created to a certain size and colour for our banister and stairs and this company pulled out all the stops, nothing was too much trouble and gave us exactly what we want. Which in turn help us great our dream hall and staircase. Thank you so much.”

“Absolutely superb. We bought an old oak shelf mantle to fit above our fireplace. the quality of the product is outstanding and really is a feature of our lounge. The service was fantastic. We were kept up to date with it's production and it arrived on time, well packaged and free from any damage. It was also relatively simple to install. I can thoroughly recommend this product and Traditional Beams.”

“We had a problem with surround pieces not colour matched. Catherine had them collected and a new piece made to match, pictures sent to me to make sure I was happy. Fabulous customer service from Catherine and the team”

“Bought a fireplace beam in rustic oak. I called the company to get advice on what sort of fixing I needed and the told me that it was all included. Beam arrived and it was lovely. Fitting was a little stressful but went well and the beam looks great above our fireplace. So pleased we will be ordering a second one for another fireplace. Recommended”
