“We created a fake chimney breast in our lounge to incorporate a bioethanol fire and the beam we ordered from Traditional Beams really completed the look. Great quality wood, excellent customer service in advance of ordering (when I wanted to change the location of the fixings for fitting it to the wall), and brilliantly packaged for delivery. Very pleased!”

“The website was really easy to navigate & gave lots of information. The beam we bought is full of character and fits our fireplace perfectly. The fitting instructions were emailed & easy to follow and it came with all the fixings. We’re really pleased.”

“Very helpful and delighted with the beam. Communication was good and kept informed during manufacture up to despatch. Unfortunately, the delivery company arrived 2 days late and had dropped the beam on its end several times by the look of it. Otherwise all good.”

“I ordered oak shelves. They were of excellent quality & the installation guide really helped. Look exactly like the pictures on the website. Only downside was that it took a while to be delivered, however the company were upfront about this so no complaints.”
