“I was delighted with the response I got for my order, it was small but not too much trouble. When it arrived a week or two later, I followed the instructions for fitting it & it assembled easily, no issues & looks fabulous. I have used this company a couple of times now & have been pleased each time with the service & quality of the item. I would be happy to recommend them to any other who wants a bespoke item1”

“I came across Traditional Beams whilst searching for an oak fire surround. After looking at the pictures and watching their youtube video I decided to buy an aged rustic oak beam fire surround in medium oak colour. I received the surround pretty quickly, unpacked the boxes to reveal three gorgeous pieces of wood which I left for three weeks to acclimatise in my living room. I fitted them with no trouble at all with the fixings provided. Everything was going so well. Some weeks later I decided to tile around the beams with real slate split face tiles. Unfortunately I dripped some tile adhesive on one of the beams. When I cleaned it off it had left a small light patch which was quite noticeable. I emailed Traditional Beams for advice on restoring the light patch. I was contacted by Catherine who sent me some stain and wax polish free of charge. I used these to restore the beam to its original beautiful glory. Thank you very much Catherine and Traditional Beams for an excellent product and excellent after sales service. I highly recommend this British company.”

“Was looking for some quality rustic floating shelves and was recommended this company by a friend. The shelves are amazing quality and are very easy to put up. I was extremely glad they offer plasterboard fixings which makes putting them up in a new house easy. Delivery was not the fastest, but they have to be made to measure and I didn't mind waiting. I've already ordered more and will no doubt be coming back soon!”

“The quality and finish is superb, the best oak shelves I have seen. My only grip is the fitting could be better to accommodate plasterboard walls 8/10”
