“It is aways risky buyin an important room feature online. However, I took the risk and purchased a beam from Traditional Beams. I was not dissapointed, either in the product, delivery time and after sales support”

“Hi placed my order and within less than a week I had received my beam. Was exactly what I ordered. The fitting couldn't have been easier as all the fixtures had been included and the holes had been pre drilled. Couldn't be happier with the end result”

“I received excellent customer service from my initial queries right up to delivery of my 5ft oak mantle. The beam itself was high quality and value for money. Even with limited DIY capabilities I found getting the beam in the wall straightforward following the instructions although (depending on the size) probably easier with a second person to lift it into position. I would definitely recomend Traditional Beams!”

“Very happy with the customer service I received and responsiveness to my questions was quick. The beam I ordered is high quality for the price and even being mediocre at DIY managed to get the beam on the wall without too much difficulty. Based on my experience would definitely recommend!”

“The mantel beam looks fabulous, my rather plain, stark fireplace now looks finished. The range of styles to choose from was great, and the product that arrived was just what I'd expected from the website. And it came really quickly.”
