“Really happy with our purchase, we went for a rustic oak beam in danish oil and it finishes our fireplace off perfectly. Great customer service, rang to ask if could be delivered a few days sooner than planned delivery and arrived the next day.”

“The mantle beam is great but it’s the customer service that is really outstanding. I missed an email asking where I would like the fittings drilled and replied when they had already been drilled. Carly advised that it was no problem, they would just create another for me! It meant I could just fit it on to the screws already on the wall, so was much appreciated. We would definitely recommend this company.”

“After looking at shelving options for some time, I finally decided to place an order with Traditional Beams. The website is very informative and the order process was very easy. I was informed of when the shelves were going into the workshop for manufacture and also kept up to date with a dispatch date. The shelves arrived well packaged and are of very good quality. Overall I am a very happy customer who will recommend Traditional Beams to family and friends if they need any shelves.”
