“Beautiful piece of oak very good quality I got the wrong colour and they was happy to take it back as a refund but decided to keep for another room and order another one”

“Simply outstanding…. Can truly say this company are exceptional. Their willingness to give their customer exactly what they want is of the highest level of customer service. There was a misunderstanding regarding the specification, however this was no ones fault, more about misinterpretation, which can easily happen when dealing with colour finishes and physical characteristics. Suffice to say, Catherine (Sales) and David (Director) dealt with it without any fuss and if anything did everything possible to doubly ensure my specification was matched perfectly and re- worked my order a 2nd time to give me exactly the look I wanted. Their craftsmanship has created for me a thing of beauty. They were understanding efficient and Professional throughout. For my next oak feature of the highest quality and service I will only be calling Traditional Beams.”

“Bought two floating shelves for a nursery as we wanted the colour to match the furniture we had already bought. Process was very easy and considering the bespoke nature we were happy with the lead time. The shelves were excellent quality and came with full instructions on how to assemble. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future”

“Timber is well prepared and has loads of 'character'. You will need to be extremely accurate with your measurements for drilling and screwing the wall. Double check measurements of bolt holes in shelf and 'keyhole' plates on uprights. These may not be quite central. Remember, you are working with natural wood, so keep on measuring and checking levels. You will then end up with a really lovely fire surround.”
