“Ordered 3 shelves absolutely over the moon with them as is the wife. Had an issue with one contacted them couldn't do enough to sort it out and resolved speedily. As previously said very pleased and would use them again recommended”

“I was a bit disappointed with the fascia beam that arrived but Traditional Beams didn't hesitate to replace it with one that looked more rustic which was despatched the next day at no charge and the courier collected the original one. Very pleased.”

“This is my second order from you and once again i am super pleased. The quality for the price is great and even with my limited diy experience have been able to easily fit both the solid and cavity wall floating shelves. Quick turnaround and delivery, a must when you just want to finish a project. I am sure customer service would be just as good but luckily I have not had the need to use it. Highly recommended.”

“We are delighted with our 6 foot floating shelf. There were a couple of marks on the first one we ordered, I emailed a couple of pictures to them and they couldn't have been nicer about organising collection and a replacement which came in a matter of days. We didn't want a rustic shelf and this is so "clean and sharp" exactly what we were after.”

“The beam we ordered was beautiful. The beam came with holes already cut into the wood and fixing brackets making the mounting easy. We supported it on two corbels but it didn’t really need them.”

“It was easy to find what i was looking for on the website and arrived on time well packaged. You need to remember when ordering sizes that the beams have a face that is smooth and untreated which did change my plan slightly but i achieved the look i was after.”
