“Product was excellent and as described on their website. The finish to the fireplace mantle was as shown on the website although samples were available too to order. Communication regarding time and delivery was good. Would definitely use again.”

“The mantle arrived well packaged. Unfortunatly we didn't open it straight away as we had to wait for our builder to fit it. We opened the box and there was no damage on the outside and the beam was well packed in protective covering. However one photo shows a dent on the underside (this is not a fault in the wood it looks like it has been dropped). Another photo shows the end where the stain has not been applied to which is poor workmanship. The third photo shows a shadow on the stain. It is a lovely piece of wood but the final pre packing checks have let the product down. It is obvious that the damage etc was done before being packed for delivery. This was not cheap so for the price and end product I have given two stars. It also took longer than expected to be delibvered but not complaining about that just the faults on the product. Also whilst fitting noticed that one outside holes for fixing to the wall although being marked correctly was predrilled off centre.”
