“Order was delivered as I was informed it would be The Beam is really good and looks like the picture The fastenings to the wall wasn't quite as good as my builder thought it should have been, but he improvised and made it better It looks brilliant - thank you”

Hi Ann, thank you for your review, we are happy to hear your beam was delivered when promised and it you received exactly what your order from us, sorry to hear you had a few problems with the fixings, our fixings are designed for solid walls and have been tried and tested by thousands, perhaps there was an issue with the wall? Anyhow glad your builder managed to install it correctly for you

“Good looking and good quality wood. The fixing was pretty easy but could perhaps be easier if there was a recessed plate that you attach to the wall first. Looks great!”

“Ordered over the phone as I live in Scotland , Catherine was so helpful , I was not sure how to measure my beam , she spoke me through it and advised on colour , it arrived very quickly , it was exactly what I wanted , excellent quality and price , would definitely recommend.”

“Never put up floating shelves on plasterboard before, but the fittings and instructions were clear and easy to follow. Really pleased with the rustic oak shelves, they came well wrapped and were nicely finished and a great match with our existing beams and doors. Would definitely recommend for great product and great customer service. Many thanks to your workshop team.”
