“Excellent customer service respond very quickly. We made a mistake in ordering wrong finish. But we got good advice how to rectify. Although we did have choice of sending the beam back Would recommend”

“We bought 3 solid oak floating shelves 8” deep and are very pleased with them. These shelves look beautiful and are of fantastic quality. They arrived on time and were in perfect condition as they were very well packaged. We looked at loads of different companies before purchasing these shelves and we are so glad that we went with Traditional Beams. Will be coming straight back to you when we need to order more shelves !”

“We bought a mantle piece from here based on the glowing reviews from other customers and we were not disappointed. Communication was great, the mantle arrived really well packaged and it looks amazing. We have yet to put it up as we are painting the wall first but it looks really straight forward. So pleased with the purchase and would highly recommend.”

“The pictures on the website aren’t great. They make it hard to tell what you are going to receive. The wood is nice however, the fixings onto the wall aren’t great. They make it very hard to fit( and my dads a builder)”
