“Paint arrived in good time. Door looks good now all exept for the lower door panels which had slightly delaminated with the sun,they now look more pronounced.Back to the drawing board.”

“Arrived in good time well packed. No damage to external [packaging. Unfortunately internal; tin severely dented and slight leakage means contents will have to be decanted into an airtight container for future use. Not fault of courier but must have been picked and packed as a damaged tin at source.”

“Swift delivery and well packaged. The problem is that the contents, a tin of Penetrating Oil Finish, was battered and indented. There was evidence of some minimal seepage, and when I start to use the product, I will have to decant the whole tin into another airtight container as there is no way I will be able to real the original tin. This must have been picked, and packaged as a damaged tin, and cannot be the fault of the couriers as the external packaging was intact and undamaged. Very disappointed in Trade Paint Direct despatching and selling out damaged tins which they must seen prior to despatch.”

“I was after a specific colour of sandtex 365 masonry paint. Trade paint direct seemed the logical option. I have to say that I made the correct decision. The service was excellent and paint arrived safely in a strong box and arrived on the day as notified. I would not hesitate to use again.”
