“Slow to ship (3 days) and they use EVRI, our favourite courier! Amazing I received it at all! I will spend more and get my product from another supplier next time. This delivery took far too long.”

“Paint arrived promptly after ordering. One of the two cans was significantly dented but not pierced. Either the can was dispatched like this, or damaged in transit and if so then the packaging needs improving.”

“Disappointing. It's the first time I’ve ordered with Trade Paint Direct. Both tins of paint orders arrived the next day, but only very thin cardboard protected them in transit, leading to them being badly damaged. I'm amazed they didn’t leak. As this was a trial order, and I was considering switching suppliers, I would rather pay a little more and have undamaged goods. Shame”
