“Disappointing. It's the first time I’ve ordered with Trade Paint Direct. Both tins of paint orders arrived the next day, but only very thin cardboard protected them in transit, leading to them being badly damaged. I'm amazed they didn’t leak. As this was a trial order, and I was considering switching suppliers, I would rather pay a little more and have undamaged goods. Shame”

“Not great - the paint took ages to ship.. as such I had to order from a different supplier. I contacted before it was shipped to cancel the order, it was shipped anyway and now they're telling me I can't return it as it was mixed to order, which I wasn't told prior to ordering.”
