“The fulfilment side of TradeWetrooms is appalling. I paid £28 for 1-2 day delivery and my order has been stuck in the depot for 4 days with no indication when I might receive it. Customer services just tell me there is a ‘delay’ with no attempt to get the items to me in a faster way or even compensate the delivery charge. First time customer, and I won’t be back.”

“Called on Friday for some technical advice and to check stock, very friendly advice was given and advised that the Nuance boards I was enquiring about were in stock. “I feel the description on the product was somewhat misleading, I believed I was buying a grohe toilet pack, when instead the frame/cistern set up was Grohe, but the toilet itself was not. I feel the wording should be much clearer. I initially thought I was getting a fairly good deal where as now I feel I have paid over the odds, once you include postage”
