“Delivery service very quick, unfortunately no advance text or e-mail before delivery but my parcel arrived next day so no complaints. The website was a little confusing with the "build your wetroom here" feature, but after phoning the helpline the build feature was explained to me. I would definitely use Trade Wetrooms again.”

“I placed my order on Thursday 28th May and still to date 8th June 2020 the order hasnā€™t arrived You are unable to contact their delivery firm XDP so I have chased up with Trade Wetrooms Three times and only Once have they had the courtesy to ring back. The Plumbers Should have started the job today so I am now paying a plumber to sit and wait around until the items arrive and I have no idea when this will be. Yes Trade Wetrooms may be cheap but I would not Recommend”

Very small hole in tray (smaller than my little finger nail), looks like a knock maybe from transit? but can get over it as doesn't effect strength or integrity in any way.”
