“Great communication after placing the order, shame on FedEx letting the side down, items not delivered to my address, left at a different address, but FedEx told me it's been delivered, by showing me a photo of it left outside some one else's property, I sent fedex a photo of my property, which doesn't look anything like the one they sent me for proof of delivery. Poor service Fedex”

“Ordered a wall hung toilet from these guys, their price was competitive. Delivery was quick but on arrival toilet was broken A replacement was organised and delivered quickly once more. No complaints.”

“Order confirmed and delivery date given. However, of the order I was expecting only 2 boards arrived. The delivery driver suggested that the remaining part of the order was coming via a different supplier. If this is the case it would be useful for the customer to know or if that’s not the case I need to know where the rest of my order is please.
