“Website statednext day delivery however it was morelike 3 days. But I'm willing to overlook that because the price I paid for tool was cheapest I could find. Overall I would order from them again.”

“Disappointed - I think the product description should make it clearer that the reach of 3.5 at full extension INCLUDES YOUR ARMS!!!! The pole itself if a FIXED 1.61m - not what I was expecting. It appears fairly well made, although not especially strong - time will tell if it can cope with more than a light trim.”

“Good experience although when I brought the item I was offered next day delivery, but it came at 8am the day after, a day and half delivery, but it was late in the afternoon when I purchased it. However it did say next day delivery, and I did wait in for it not to turn up. Apart from that a good buying experience.”

“They advertise "next day delivery", but my 6 tins of paint arrived 3 days later. The guy delivering the tins left them by my doorstep and didn't even say goodbye. The amount of tins and colours were correct.”
