“Very good prices and prompt delivery, however it was slightly confusing and frustrating to see the item listed as 'Last One', only to find that it wasn't, another one appeared on their website the next morning.”

“Products very good value, but note that the description of the grit sizes is wrong . It should be 300/1000, not 325/750. this has been copied from the Faithfull website which is incorrect too. Delivery by Interlink was not to my address and the signature obtained is unknown to me. However the package was left on my doorstep the next day; so all's well now.”

“The website is well laid out and easy to use, I found the tool I wanted with no difficulty and at a very reasonable price. The purchase and subsequent delivery went without a hitch and the tool arrived promptly. Packaging was good and no damage had occurred to the item. The tool itself, a pair of hand nibbling shears, is of great quality and functions faultlessly. I am very pleased with the whole transaction and would recommend.”
