“Excellent service. Reasonably priced quality grinder delivered very quickly. Detachable handle broken in transit but not an issue as I repaired it easily with epoxy glue.”

“I have been waiting for another supplier to supply the Tool i ordered for 3 weeks with no joy, and with a few clicks i had in 48 hours the same tool and at a better price! I will definitely be using Trade Toolshop again.”

“Your delivery company's depot is 50 miles from the delivery address. I am told by City Link that if they fail to deliver to my address after two attempts then I must collect from the depot. ie a 100 mile round trip! Why do they not do what other delivery companys do and attempt to deliver to a neighbour (my house is in a terrace and in a town centre)”

“although I have given you a rating of good there was one problem, the product bought from you was two days late and as we found out when someone had knocked on our door with the parcel it had infact been delivered on time but to number 56 as stated on the delivery box address not number 26 as stated when ordered with yourselfs I can only assume this is the delivery companys fault and not one of yours, however I am delighted with the product and I would use you again and recommend you over and over again”

“Firstly the site is very competitive price wise. The item I wanted was available online elsewhere but was £50-70 dearer than tradetoolshop! Placing my order was easy and the overall service was excellent. I received my goods within 2 days even though it meant delivery to Northern Ireland. I'm very happy with my shopping experience at tradetoolshop and would definitely buy from them again :-) Thank you for a stress free purchase...”

“no issues with order or goods. had to call to confirm delivery status as online info just advised 'processing' 2 days later. emails were then received to confirm goods despatched & when delivery due.”

“The delivery was prompt, online payment was uncomplicated. However, packaging of the item purchased (an Irwin Rebate Plane) left much to be desired. It was contained in the standard retail box with no "courier proof" padding. This in turn was held in just a thin plastic courier envelope style bag. Not much protection against impact and the battered state of the box reflected this. Luckily the plane itself was undamaged.”

“I ordered an axe from you ,it came 4 days later from City Link. We were not in so they left a card saying they would do a 2nd delivery but if we missed the 2nd call we would have to pick it up from Gatwick which for me is over 50 miles away, so we had to arrange to be in all that day. Other wise all OK. Thanks Dave.”
