“I had notification of when the goods were despatched and they arrived the next day. I was also given an one hour slot in which they would deliver in and they kept to that. There was a slight problem where they didn't deliver to the correct site. Fortunately we own four sites on the estate, so the warehouse manager of our other company took it in and let me know.”

“The delivery was efficient, when the ladder first came there were some parts missing but once I told the company about the problem they dealt with it very well, i was impressed by the after sales service and i would definitely use them again because i know that if there was a problem of any kind, they would deal with it”

“Happy with the price and the item supplied. However I paid for next working day delivery which cost just under £7, but the item didn't turn up until 2 working days after ordering. Ordered B/H Monday item turned up mid pm Thursday.”

“Quality products at very competitive prices - Online ordering process was clear and easy to use. The delivery service was excellent with advanced notification of delivery, well packaged items and the delivery driver was careful to check that we were the correct customer before handing over the goods. “Still waiting for goods 2 days after promised next day delivery. Called retailer on day of scheduled purchase, they still promised delivery on time. Communication rubbish Result, as the song goes, STILL WAITING.”

“When trying to sign up and account I hit a problem with the site so ordered over the phone and got the account setup. Then had a problem in that my order was not shipped when it should have been. So why the 4 star good rating? Well due to good customer service in that once I phoned to chase the order the problem was sorted out for me within a hour or so with good phone contact from them and I was refunded postage and I did not have to ask for this but was given it, which goes a long way in my books. Items were well packed and as they should be, so though a bumpy start I am happy with the overall experience and would happily buy from them again and would be happy to recommend them.”
