“The radiator is very stylish, however, the mounting instructions contain no dimensions (drill size, distance between holes) for drilling the holes for the mounting wall brackets. This is a major omission as it is inconvenient, and fraught with error, to try and determine these dimensions.”

“Website was easy to use and prices very competitive. We were looking to replace a radiator that had been delivered by another company, damaged and so we're pleased to find the same brand, cheaper! Quick delivery, well packaged and no damage. Will definitely return for more. Highly recommended.”

“Curved radiator delivered OK. Fitting kit not usable for a curved radiator. Have contacted Trade Radiators and asked for the proper fitting kit, but still nothing received.”

Sorry you found the brackets tricky, this is unusual and the same brackets that we provide with all of our towel rails trouble free. The correct fixings come with the rail (there is only one kind) and we've genuinely never had any issues. Radiators should always be fitted by a plumber who can install a towel rail like this quickly and easily for you.

“They were very good when I needed to change some of my rads but be warned the carrier cost is quite expensive. One of the rads has poorly finished paintwork. I've put that side to the wall but only time will tell if it corrodes quickly.”

On checking your order we can't see you having contacted us about any issues with the new radiators (you mentioned paintwork above). Issues of any kind should always be reported to our Customer Service team ASAP to allow us the opportunity to rectify the matter swiftly. Your items should be 100% perfect and we wouldn't want you to have a product any other way. We would have preferred to replace the item and would have done so had we been given the opportunity.
