“Further to numerous phone calls, promised of 3 dates for delivery to no avail, excuses of lost in transit which is hard to believe, a 1.5m radiator can get lost! And now the re-ordered item agreed a delivery date and told the day before it was out of stock. On the good side, I was given a £10 credit for good will (as way of little compensation towards the plumber’s daily rate with no radiator to fit). I have recommended the trade suppliers we use to reconsider using trade radiators. Noticed the good reviews, so just hope it was just us.”

“I very rarely write review especially in my lunch hour!! If the rating was out of 100 I fail to see how I would give this company anything but 100.The service advice was great with nothing to much trouble.I stupidly order the incorrect valves and reducer fixings the company dealt with the returns with lighting speed and efficiency disparting the correct ones within 24hours.Samantha you are a star and Trade Radiators.Well Done!!! Simon.”

“Company was great to deal with however I was away and wife took it in off parcel company.box was damaged at all corners and radiator was chipped at corner. By time I came back from working 3 days had passed.but would use company again can't complain about customer service.”

“The towel radiator is great. I wanted quite a large one, in anthracite, but not at a large price! The one from Trade Radiators has now been fitted and it looks sleek and stylish, just as I had hoped. Thanks”

“Good price on radiator and valves . Promised next day delivery if ordered before 2pm. Unfortunately only the valves arrived the radiator was nowhere to be seen. Telephone call to Trade Radiators explaining the problem. I had a plumber waiting to fit same items! Was told it was a mix up with transport company who for some strange reason had split the order and sent it to different depots. The radiator did arrive before the noon the next day, but by that time my plumber wasn't available and i'm still waiting for it to be fitted. The product appears to be in god order but cannot test it yet!”

“Order Number: AG06DL40184609 Order Date: 26 March 2018 07:54 GMT Delivery confirmed for 27th I phoned to chase at 1500 and was advised it was not out for delivery It would be out the following day 28th and I would get a call in the morning after 9.30 to confirm This didn't happen After three phone calls I'm told it is out for delivery but will be late afternoon NOT GOOD ENOUGH Tony Glover”

“Ordered radiators in January for febuary delivery. Just been told not comibg until end of April”

Thanks for your review. Purely for clarification purposes - when you ordered you were fully aware that the items were out of stock with an ETA (ESTIMATED time of arrival) of end Feb and mid March and advised that this may be subject to change. The mid March items were subsequently pushed back until April which we informed you of apologetically as soon as we were given this info by the factory. We have offered alternative items which you declined and have opted to wait for the original items. We apologise again for the inconvenience of the delays, which you have chosen to stick with for your desired items. “I have just bought a Victorian Cast Iron radiator which turned up in excellent condition. Well wrapped and with all parts included. I mistakenly asked for normal wall stays so had to order additional parts to enable these to be fixed to wood panelling. This was with me in less than 24 hours. The service provided throughout and the communication has been excellent and I will be using Trade Radiators again. Thank you.”

“We'd seen the same radiator elsewhere but were put off by the terms and conditions of the other supplier who wanted to charge a re-stocking fee if it became necessary to return it. I will never purchase from somewhere that charges 25% simply to put something back on a shelf. Then I found Trade Radiators, same radiator cheaper and offering a discount when we bought it. Simple Terms & Conditions. Radiator delivered when they said they would. More than happy with the service and simple transaction.”
