“I ordered a heated towel radiator on the telephone as I needed some advise regarding the parts required to fit it to the central heating system, the service was excellent, very helpful I was given advise on exactly what I need to purchase. The delivery was also first class it arrived in excellent condition the next morning, the quality of the product was also very good, excellent value for money and far below what I would have had to pay at one of the big local DIY stores. Trade radiators will be my first port of call when I need radiators in the future and I will recommend the company to all my friends”

“Easy to order, quick delivery - Ferroli electric towel radiator arrived within 3 days from placing the order; well made and easy to fit. Opted for remote controlled thermostat; this is not properly explained in the website description. The remote control is actually a room thermostat which means that the temperature of the towel radiator is governed by the temparature of the room - I wanted a device which would turn the towel radiator on and heat it to a specified temperature at specified times; this remote does not do that. Leave the remote in the box and just turn the radiator on when you want it; you can then specify how hot it will get and you can also spoecify how long it stays on (1, 2, 3 or 4h). Overall, quite good but could have a better description re the thermostatic control.”

“This is our third purchase of traditional radiators from trade radiators. All purchases have been dealt with from order to delivery very efficiently without any delay or problem. We can't comment on after sales care as fingers crossed we have had no problems with our purchases! All in all excellent.”

“We bought 3 radiators from Trade Radiators between 2012 and 2013 and they were received promptly and undamaged. However the other day one of them became faulty but we were dealt with brilliantly and professionally when we reported the fault. I would like to say a big thankyou for the prompt and efficient service we received when our radiator became faulty. It was excellent and we could not believe that we had a replacement radiator back on the wall within 48 hours. We will use Trade Radiators again and will inform all family and friends of the great service and quality products that you provide. A Big Thank You Again The Hunters Clitheroe”
