“An excellent radiator well packaged and a very prompt delivery service. Plenty of heat for our 3m x 1.5m shower room and adequate towel space for two of us (1400 x 500mm).”

“Ordered electric towel rail which came the day after I was told, this was not problem but I did specifically asked on the day I ordered the item and a few days before, when I enquired about delivery, but when the item it was not so we had to fill with water.”

“I would like to say a big thank you to the helpful staff at trade radiators! My plumber and plasterer lost the radiator brackets. I phoned trade radiators and they organised for a new set to be sent to me! How great was that! Happy customer. :) I have bought several times from this company and the service has been excellent.”

“Having never ordered a radiator before let alone a specialised radiator it is fair to say I was a little unsure of what to ask for, I knew what I wanted it to look like but was unsure on specifications, options, sizes and how to go about placing an order for such an item. Having looked on the web site it was easy for me to see what I wanted and then I gave the guys a call. Is all I can say is they were truly amazing, so very helpful, informative and gave me the confidence to place my order with them there and then. Everything happened as they said it would and when they said it would. I now have my two truly stunning radiators, again which arrived on time and they are out of this world, in fact more beautiful than I thought they would be and I am sooooo delighted with them. These radiators will be the luxury finish to my hall that I so wanted. This may have been my first purchase however it will not be my last as now I want these beautiful radiators everywhere in my home.”

“Delivered exactly as specified. Looks good and comes with a 10 year guarantee. Less than half the price of an equivalent radiator at B&Q. Easily installed by a local plumber.”

“Phoned for information on a radiator and was greeted by an incredibly polite and helpful gentleman. Ordered the rad and it arrived next day well packaged. Only criticism is that the instructions supplied were for a slightly different rad but we managed to make sense of them given the installer was experienced.”

“Trade Radiators promised a price match on their web site and they kept to their word when I phoned them. Delivery was quick and the radiator looks fine. I was just disappointed there wasn't a template to mark the brackets on the wall but, I new that when I bought it.”
