“I am a home owner and have used Trade Radiators to supply 3 stainless steel radiators to replace/upgrade some original steel ones that were deteriorating or a bit old fashioned. Delivery was very fast; the radiators, valves and chrome pipe covers look the part; plumbers have commented on their quality. I will use Trade Radiators again.”

“If you are thinking about buying your radiator from this company....don't bother!!!! I recently replaced all my radiators in my flat with ones purchased from trade radiators. After a couple of months one of the radiators started leaking which stained the new carpet I had fitted. On contacting the company they agreed to replace the radiator with NO compensation to me for my inconvenience. Five months later the SECOND radiator that replaced the first leaking one started leaking!!!!! I then contacted the company again and they offered to replace the radiator with no additional compensation!!! I asked if they would upgrade the single radiator to a double as the single in the hallway didn't generate enough heat so I would swap them over.(Small compensation I thought!!!!) They begrudgingly agreed. They delivered the new double radiator to me on a Monday which I wasn't informed of. When I checked the new radiator it also looked faulty as there is a chip off one of the bars and could potentially leak!!!!! I contacted the company again explaining the situation to be told there is nothing they could do as I checked the radiator after 3 days of delivery!!!! I the last eight months since this has started the company has offered me NOTHING in a way of compensation for my inconvenience. They have actually made me feel more like a nuisance....when its me who has had to arrange for the radiators to be replaced (extra expense to me) I have had to chase up every issue in my time....never once has anyone contacted me!! To top it all off I speak to someone today who is supposed to be in a "Managerial" or in a more "Senior" role to be told.... "I'm really sorry you didn't check your radiator in time but there's nothing more we can do!!!" That is real quality CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!”

“I have just fitted my curved bay window radiator. It looks brilliant. I was a bit unsure at first about making template and sending it off, but I was amazed sent template in post Thursday had it delivered by Monday!! Brilliant service and they called about delivery also, the guy even brought rad into the house. Well pleased would use again!!! Thanks. Trade radiators, and shiv !!”

“Great product and first class service. I phined twice to check which side the element was fitted and was told it came unfitted which would have been perfect. However the element came fitted and to the opposite side I required. The supplier gave me instructions on how to rectify which was simply to do but they could have sent it out fitted for me if they had been requested to do so. Otherwise all is good. Well worth getting a timer control also.”
