“I asked about product details (for 13906 rad Tool) as website is not detailed enough in terms of tool size or shape. Merely asked if someone if I could look at a photo of a rad coupling of mine to estimate if the tool was the right one for the job. Complete lack of willingness from the lady on the phone to help in order for me to buy the £60 tool - as I'd not bought a radiator from them.”

“I purchased a designer towel rail three years ago from Trade Radiators, which I'm very happy with. Recently, I discontinued my gas supply, so needed to purchase a kit to change the rad to electric. The fittings on the kit didn't seem to fit my towel rail, so I needed to contact customer support. It turned out to be my error! Amanda was very patient and talked me through the entire process. Great product, and great support!”
