“We bought a Towel Radiator from Trade Radiators and it arrived damaged. On providing photos of the damaged towel radiator and it’s packaging as evidence a replacement was sent straight away. Very happy with the customer service and replacement product.”

“Hi, unfortunately the towel rail had two large dents on the upright tube which was only seen when being unwrapped prior to installation. As the plumber was here we carried on... It's not the end of the world, the dents can be hidden by hanging a towel over... The main reason for my reply is for you to look at your quality inspection for future sales.... I can send photo's if you wish... Richard.”

Thanks for your review. Any issues (including damages) should be reported to our Customer Service team to allow us the opportunity to replace the item for you. Your items should be perfect and will have left that way, this is most likely transit damage. We would have preferred to replace the item and would have done so for you had we been given the opportunity. Apologies for your inconvenience.

“Well lets see, I bought a heated towel rail at a cost of £219.00 which arrived quickly but damaged and unusable, I called to advise, to be told they would collect it the following Monday, so I changed my working day for another, It was not and still has not been collected and cannot get a refund until it is returned bearing in mind I have a contractor on site waiting to fit a radiator, I have had to buy another from a different supplier. So pretty poor actually !!!”

We could of course have replaced the item for you, there was the option. Apologies for the delayed collection. The couriers were really struggling with driver/staff shortages due to COVID and Brexit so at times logistics fell short of our usual standards for which we are truly sorry. Glad we managed to get you all sorted in the end. Sorry again for all the inconvenience.

“Great customer service, and super quick delivery. Out of the 5 radiators I ordered, 1 was out of stock, which was made clear at the time of ordering. The customer service contacted me to know if I wanted separate deliveries to already get the 4 (which I opted for), and gave me a clear date to receive the other one. That last one ended arriving 1 week ahead of schedule. All great and will come back to Trade Radiators for my next renovation.”

“Very pleased with the radiator which looks great in the cloakroom. The valves were missing but this was remedied quickly. However the expected email to announce the delivery of the radiator from Tufnells didn't happen and it was therefore fortunate that I was at home when the delivery was made.”
