Apologies again Paul that the delivery got messed up, this isn't great at all and we're genuinely sorry for the inconvenience. By way of an apology we have refunded you £50 which will go back onto your original payment card. Hope this helps and sorry again.

“The radiator we ordered were polished chrome finish. My wife opened the top of the box and saw it was polished chrome at the top. She left the radiator in the box having seen what she needed to. Our plumber fitted this while we were both at work only for us to notice the front panels on the radiator where brushed chrome. We were very disappointed at this due to us wanting full chrome like it was advertised. There were nothing we could do as we had paid our plumber for fitting this. Is there anything you could compensate me with please for your error .”

Thanks for your review, we have double checked and the item you ordered is satin finish stainless steel (as stated on your order receipt email) and not polished stainless steel so we have definitely sent the correct item for you. We do understand that sometimes customers can mistakenly order incorrectly and we are always happy to swap items over when this happens but as you have installed the item we unfortunately can't take it back, we're really sorry. “We found Trade Radiators on the internet and decided to purchase large wall mounted radiator. We ordered it on a Thursday and it was delivered the next day which to me is the best service you could want. In all, a great easy to use website,great service and great prices. “Excellent delivery times. Yet to fit our new rad, however it looks the bees knees. My only cause for concern is that the rad is very heavy and need to fix to plaster board wall, so need to do some homework before fitting.”
