“Still waiting for two radiators after 2 months first ones delivered as shown in picture after 2 months still no replacements and they have my money. Total nightmare of a company completely fobbed on every call.”

Sincere apologies that this happened, the couriers were really struggling with driver/staff shortages due to COVID and lockdown so at times logistics fell short of our usual standards (delayed/lost parcels) for which we are truly sorry. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

“Ordered a towel rail and some straight valves. They were delivered pretty much the next working day. Email communication as to the delivery day and delivery company. Easy to use website. Would recommend this company for your radiators.”

“Really good company to deal with. Radiators arrived in good time and in good condition. I didn't need the feet so will be returning them and so far the returns procedure seems to be straightforward. Customer services were super helpful. I would have no hesitation recommending these guys.”

“Aluminimuim rads look great and were well priced. The delivery process was somewhat haphazard. No notification, call, delivery window from the courier. Left the next day to find that delivery had been made and just propped up next to the front door. Fortunately the front door is not in plain view from the street, else there was every chance these rads would never have been seen again!”
