Unfortunately the electric radiator got lost some where along its route and it took 3 telephone calls in all to manage a new delivery date and time. I had to call you to chase it up. not the other way around. The items are being installed this week end. I just hope that they will both work OK. The electrician has been on holiday for the last 2 weeks.

Excellent phone services.ordered several weeks in advance to ensure radiator was in time for my plumber ordered for a Friday plumber due Monday. Come Friday 4 ish I rang to check my delivery as did not arrive in 12-2 time slot. I was told the courier had damaged it and was the last in stock. At this point I wasn't too pleased they agreed to have a larger upgrade sent out at no extra cost on a pre 9am on Saturday. When the courier arrived it was the wrong radiator and told me the previous days delivery never even made it on to the van. I questioned to my self who isn't telling the whole truth? I tried to call trade radiators and surprisingly were closed all weekend thus come Monday my plumber couldn't complete the job and would have to come back at a later date. Once I finally spoke with trade radiators, again very helpful and apologetic a replacment could be with me Tuesday morning.finally tuesday came and I had a correct radiator.understandably mistakes happen or maybe I was just unlucky but 1 rad damaged and last in stock 2nd rad wrong third time lucky.all in all costing me 109 for the rad 3days holiday from work and 1 extra day of a plumber at 200 all in all over 500 notes for effectively 1rad. I think the problem lies with communication error between sales staff and warehouse or maybe computers regarding stock levels.highly disappointed.to finish on a positive very competitively priced and easy to talk to on the phone would use again if doing a big order not just the odd item.

We are terribly sorry that the experience was nowhere near as smooth as it should have been. The issues you mention were valid and there was a lack of synchronicity with the system and warehouse, the good news is we have massively upgraded and replaced all systems and stock data which is now 100% live on the website at all times. Apologies again that your experience was far from ideal. We do hope we get another chance to look after you in the future.
