“Fittings are really poor quality, you'll need several rolls of PTFE!!! Takes so long to assemble because of the fittings it's worth paying more for better quality”

Hi Andrew, sorry you were not happy. The quality of the Nordic radiators is excellent, all radiators should be installed by a qualified plumber or heating engineer and not by the customer (as this invalidates the warranty) and the feedback we get from tradespeople is fantastic. We've had no contact from you on the order to let us know you had an issue, we would always look into any problems and resolve them right away, given the opportunity to do so, we are here to help.

“I have had 2 radiators and easy to order and quick delivery. I ordered valves as well, one of which was slightly scratched but a replacement arrived the following day. Would recommend Trade Radiators.”

“Ordering online was as easy as it gets, the two part order was originally planned for the Monday but they managed to deliver two days early on the Saturday, the online tracking of my order via DPD was very accurate and arrived within the stated time slot. The radiator and valves I ordered we're well packed with no damages, as I was not home the packages were left with a neighbour as stated on the email”
