“I had recently purchased a chrome designer radiator from Trade Radiators. Unfortunately my plumber had great difficulty installing the radiator and eventually after two days of advice and at times people not returning calls, it was finally diagnosed that the radiator had been incorrectly fitted with two diverters instead of one and my plumber had to drill out the second diverter. This resulted in me having an additional two days labour to pay for. The reason I have given Trade Radiators five stars is that, when I complained about what had happened, they immediately agreed that their service was not up to the standard expected and reimbursed me for the additional labour. I would therefore recommend this Company as I would again purchase from them with the confidence that this is a very reputable company.”

“I have just fitted the Pisa 800x600mm chrome curved heated towel rail. Very stylish! Exceptionally well engineered radiator with top quality chrome finish. The big rails not only look great, but also provide high heat output - hence, no other radiator required in smallish bathroom. 12-year guarantee is way beyond what most other brands offer. Four thumbs up!”

“Not delivered next day as promised (too windy was the excuse!) Offered a free upgrade to morning only delivery the next day between 9 and 12 Only they forgot to inform the courier! Eventually arrived at 14.20!”

Hi Phil, we checked and the couriers were indeed informed of the AM but unfortunately didn't deliver, the reason they gave was "late trunks due to the bad weather", apologies for any inconvenience.
