“Product description could be better as the pictures and description dose not say that the top of the radiator has chrome trim”

Thanks for your review Aaron and sorry you're not happy. Maybe it was the device you were using to browse our website that didn't show our product images well enough for you. The radiator is exactly as shown on our images which are also identical to the photos you sent us of the radiator you received, there is no difference between them. We're guessing it's possibly been the brightness or contrast settings on your device when placing your online order as it's very clearly shown as chrome on top. We, of course, don't want our customers to be unhappy so offered to collect the radiator for a refund but you said you'd rather keep it. Sorry again that you're unhappy.

“Gave me a price, then put price up due to their mistake.... Supplied different coloured mounting brackets and told me to paint them.... Delivery info and tracking non existant, kept phoning and being told delivery is today for 3 days in a row.....7 days now and still no radiator.....will not be ordering again......”

Thanks for your review Damon. You spoke with Jade who apologised for initially giving you the incorrect price, she quoted the 1800x464 instead of 464x1800 and called you back right away to advise, sorry about this mistake. Jade also let you know (before ordering) that the brackets for the white radiator were out of stock and gave you the option to have grey ones instead which you instructed us to go ahead with for you (painting them is not necessary but of course you could do this if you wanted to). Please accept our apologies for the delayed delivery, the courier networks are under more pressure than usual at present so delays, unfortunately, are not unusual across all industries due to COVID, Brexit and driver shortages. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.
