Radiators arrived in excellent condition well packaged but I waited in all day then I received a phone call at 6:30 pm saying they couldn't deliver till the next morning. Waisted a whole day.

The courier didn’t deliver and said they had. I had to call on a daily basis from that day til the middle of week following to make sure my order was delivered.

Delivery man refused to allow the recipient to sign for the item as "UNCHECKED". Instead deleted this "signature" and asked for the name of the recipient and signed on behalf of recipient

Towel rail is of a very good quality at an excellent price.Trade radiators were very helpfull during the ordering over the telephone.Delivery by DX couriers was appalling,was told delivery would be next day (Wednesday) radiator finally arrived the following Monday.Would I order from trade radiators again ?not if the radiator was needed urgently.May be a more efficient courier is needed.

Radiator delivered very well wrapped could not inspect when I eventually did it had a small chip on the top and bottom looked as though was done in transit anyway touched it up with white enamel no problem,would use you again, thanks Ken Jarman

Prompt delivery with no problems, however the towel rail ordered had a significant scratch on one side,fortunately it faces the wall and cannot be seen, it would have been returned had it been seen. The scratch does not appear to have happened during transit and therefore I assume it was sent out like that!!! Packaging was very good.

Good price on radiator and valves . Promised next day delivery if ordered before 2pm. Unfortunately only the valves arrived the radiator was nowhere to be seen. Telephone call to Trade Radiators explaining the problem. I had a plumber waiting to fit same items! Was told it was a mix up with transport company who for some strange reason had split the order and sent it to different depots. The radiator did arrive before the noon the next day, but by that time my plumber wasn't available and i'm still waiting for it to be fitted. The product appears to be in god order but cannot test it yet!

The speed of delivery was excellent and the quality and packaging of the designer radiators that I ordered was also excellent. Where the service was poor was the stock levels and time of delivery. After ordering and paying for two vertical designer radiators back in March 2017 the second one has only just arrived (end of July 2017). In the meantime I have had alternatives sent (wrong height) so sent back. Eventually the radiator I ordered came back into stock and was sent out to me, to be fair they did go halves as I upgraded one of them to a double vertical radiator but the hassle getting this far hasn't really been worth it.

I have looked into the issues raised and we did inform you at the time that both items were out of stock, however this was then delayed which is of course of great inconvenience to you and I apologise for this. We had a few production delays with one factory which has thankfully now been resolved. With regards to the incorrect height arriving I'm afraid this was my own error when processing so I'm very sorry about that. I have checked your order which was placed on 30th May, on that same day we sent you a dispatch notification email confirming your delivery date for the following day (31st) and providing you with the tracking information for the delivery. The goods were delivered on 31st as planned and advised, signed for at 2.20pm. They provided fair value for money but damage to a heating element suggested packaging not top class. Therefore acceptable no more.

As soon as you let us know the element had been damaged in transit we immediately sent a replacement out for delivery the following day. All items are very well packaged therefore transit damage is kept to an absolute minimum but can of course happen from time to time. The radiators I bought, looked like the were returns. The box's were taped, and one of the boxes came with fixings and the other did not. It was also very lucky that I had bought extender pieces, that plug into the side of the radiator. Because even though, I didn't need to use them as I'd positioned the pipes correctly(some times you just get lucky) on one of the radiators, it was impossible toof ptfe get a seal as the tread was slightly to large for the standard fittings,and no amount of ptfe would stop the water pissing out. I had to use the extender price as a plug . I suggest that if you get returns to try and figure out why before sending them out to someone else

I have had a look at this and you ordered and received the goods 4 months ago and you have not contacted us at any stage to advise us that there were any problems with the items received. Therefore we have been completely unaware of any issues until you posted a negative review online 4 months later. I had the flat chrome towel rail installed which looks wonderful BUT the plumber should have told me it did not heat the room, just the towels! I am having it removed and will be purchasing a regular small radiator like I used to have for the bathroom , as for some reason the towel rail does not radiate the heat around the room and it is freezing in there.

Nice quality towel rails, unfortunately there appears to be no one at trade rads that can explain why the the valves for a dual fuel towel rad are two control valves and not one control and one lockshield. What happens when both are closed fully and the electric non thermostat element is turned on and you go out for the day, is there anyone out there knows the answer?
