“I ordered a horizontal radiator and that was the label on the box delivered to me. However, the contents were a vertical radiator. Luckily it was possible to fit the vertical one into the space but not the most helpful of mistakes!”

“Bought 7 radiators and valves to match. Spent over 2000 pounds and 3 of them were defective. They only gave me £100 off. They did offer a return/ exchange but I had already rearranged a plumber several times because of delays on delivery. This has pushed my house renovation time line back by 1 month”

Hi Shariqa, having looked at your order we can see that there was no delay on this. It was delivered on a next day service as advertised. As you mentioned, we did offer to get replacements sent straight out to you which you declined in favour of the partial refund offered. Apologies none the less for the inconvenience.

“Purchase and delivery were easy, but the printed instructions are not that good and the pictures rather faded and not very easy to understand and see . I did find an online video, maybe a link to this on the instructions would be a good idea ...”

“The size of the radiator was the prime objective to fit the space. On receipt of the product found it had a textured finish I presumed it would be a smooth finish when I ordered which I suspect will not be ideal for keeping clean! Delivery was good received earlier than expected.”

“The radiator was fine but the bleed screw wouldn't tighten up also the plastic chrome covers didn't fit over the fixings correctly other than that ok.”
