“Disappointed with the delivery service. Parcel was left outside in the rain. There were people in the house. Should’ve pressed the doorbell Haven’t fixed the unit yet so can’t comment on the performance yet. No complaints about the appearance”

“Rad arrived damaged, been dropped on a corner. Poor packaging and poor handling. Couriers are the worst part of online retail.”

“My towel rail was ordered pm and delivered about 1 pm the next day - very quick. Unfortunately it out of square which showed up against my tiled wall. A replacement was promptly sent. This is one was perfect. Trade Radiators were quick to respond and very polite.”

“Very annoying their 3 day refunds/damaged goods policy. Not ideal for renovations, opened the box today and huge dent in the pipe work. Can only assume that they’ve written this into their terms and conditions because it happens more often than not.”

“Radiator arrived quickly after ordering, it was well packaged but the packaging had sustained a small amount of damage on one corner. Once unpacked it did have a small amount of paint damage on a corner of the radiator but as I could position this at the back and out of sight I decided not to send it back. It’s fitted and looks really good. The fitting instructions are probably a little too vague for someone who hasn’t fitted a radiator before and particularly when it can be positioned horizontally or vertically. Overall I’m very pleased with the quality and look for a very good price.”

“Hi. I’m a little sceptical of the ads that pop up first when you Google something you want to buy. I always scroll down and check the other sites. However, Trade Radiators website sat near the top and after I’d searched some others I returned there and bought the towel heater I first looked at. They have great prices, fast delivery from a company that keeps you informed and after I had fit the new radiator in the bathroom I’m happy. No problems at all. Thank you.”
