“Ordered three radiators on a Sunday night and they arrived Tuesday morning. Not sure that even Amazon could beat that! They are now fitted and look superb as well as giving out plenty of heat. I have no hesitation in recommending Trade Radiators. Great company and well done.”

“I ordered with Trade Radiators as I had bought from them before. This time I did not receive any updates about my order or delivery. Many days had gone by and I contacted them. I told them how surprised I was to have not heard anything. Anyway the very nice customer services woman got right on it and I received my radiator soon after. I think it was just a minor glitch but they handled it very well.”

“I bought a radiator & valve last year which has been fabulous. Randomly the valve 'popped' off. A quick email and a replacement arrived by courier the following day. I hadn't realised the part had a two-year guarantee!”

“We purchased radiators from here and are very pleased with them. Some months later I contacted them to ask if I could purchase a spare plastic cover for one of the mounting brackets which was missing and they promptly sent me a new set with no charge. Fantastic follow on customer service.”
