“Ordered on a Wednesday before a bank holiday Friday. It was advertised as next day delivery but I thought I wouldn't get it till after the bank holiday weekend and was fully prepared for it not to arrive till after the weekend, however, it did arrive the next day as advertised in good condition with no damage. Great service”

“Great customer service only down side is 3 days is not long enough to check the product over especially if there is a lot of work ongoing at the property and things are everywhere. I feel there should be at least 14 days given to check over items. Other than that the customer service is brilliant. Easy to call and discuss things with trade radiators.”

“I haven't received my radiator yet, but hopefully I will be happy with them. I wasn't happy with the customer service though. Upon receiving an automated email about the delivery, I sent an email back to their team asking a question. Their reply just cut and pasted a paragraph from the previous email and didn't address my question at all. In fact that very paragraph was the whole reason I emailed them. It was very lazy and disappointed me when I have spent thousands with the company.”

“Really pleased with our vertical radiator. Love the finish and looks better than I was expecting from the photos. Delivery didn't take too long and they were helpful on the phone when I had a couple of queries.”

“Arrived on time although item was left outside front door as nobody was home. Once it was taken out of box it was as advertised but did have a scuff mark on one side see photo so very disappointing”

“Items arrived next day, but I had ordered the wrong size. Spoke to Amanda and she could not have been more helpful. Sorted my replacements with next day delivery and collection of the returns. Also sorted a second error by me. Excellent customer service.”
