“Radiator as specified, came very quickly. Only thing is that I was given a choice of valves just with a product number and they were the wrong ones for the radiator. My builder just picked up another set so I didn't worry about seeking replacements.”

“Easy to use website and very helpful staff when you need to speak to someone I have ordered goods by phone when we are in a rush and if they are in stock they are delivered the next day Any problems with delivery schedules or faulty products are sorted out with no quibbles Ver rarely buy radiators anywhere else these days The column radiators are stylish and very good quality - they really do look good when installed Overall an excellent company to deal with”

“I ordered a radiator from Trade Radiators on the advice from my plumber. It was delivered 3 days later well packaged and in good condition. It was a modern vertical designer radiator. It does what it says on the tin!”

“Very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to providing me with specs and technical information which allowed me to choose the right product quickly. The information was particularly helpful as it also allowed me to pipework done prior to the delivery of the rads. The rads were very nicely finished, with exceptional heat out put. “Needed an exact replacement for an existing chrome towel rail radiator and found this one. exact fit no changing pipework or need for drilling new holes for brackets. well packaged and delivered as requested would not hesitate to shop with you again thank you for a great service”

“This was my first experience using Trade Radiators & was very impressed. The web site was extremely easy to use. the delivery was really speedy, the radiator was gorgeous, just as seen in the pictures & it was packaged securely in a hard wood box with polystyrene & plastic sheeting. My plumber was impressed with the quality, design of the radiator & most importantly the heat output. Will definitely use Trade Radiators again.”
