“trade radiators have a great web site and easy to use also a varied selection of heating and plumbing equipment . the delivery is excellent too both my items came on time /very well packaged to i would recomend them to anyone who wants a quality product at a reasonal price”

“Great customer service from order through to delivery. One parcel was damaged on delivery and not clear if radiator would be or not, but customer services were very supportive and helpful in advising a replacement would be sent if it was - fortunately this was not necessary. I even got to specify a delivery date which was met - thank you very much! The radiators are not up yet due to the building works continuing, but I look forward to seeing them up and working very soon.”

“Can't fault these guys. Well I can (although it's probably not their fault) but one of the many rads we ordered didn't show up. It was I think back in March sometime but we only just noticed it now that the rads were ready to go in. I called to ask for it to be sent out and they at first declined saying because it was so long ago they can't get the courier info so would instead offer a 20% discount. I said I wasn't happy because info or nto I genuinely did not receive the rad. They said they'd haev a think further, and call back todfay, which they did as promised and offered to send it out free as a gesture of goodwill. I accept that they techincally didn't need to do this as they are right it was my job to check the goods on arrival, but I didn't. So they have acted brilliantly here keeping the customer happy. Thanks guys!”
