“I was happy with the radiator quality and delivery, my disappointment was the fact that it was stated on the website as having a btu output of 1756 btu' but the manufactures information states it is 1361 btu's, I assume the manufacturer should know the correct rating.”

Thanks for your review, the factory calculated at delta 50 and we have to convert this to delta 60 as this has for many years been the British standard. Both outputs are correct. Julie (Manager)

“Very good company to deal with. Although the towel radiator I originally wanted was out of stock (Pisa straight 1000x600) I went for the curved version which I now think looks far better! The radiator fitted easily onto the wall and looks good. I have not yet plumbed it in, but it looks like it should be okay.”

“Having twice bought items from Trade Radiators on both occasions I have found the service to be superb. The first time a place an order I inadvertently mis-keyed a digit when I entered my post code and in know time at all they contacted me via phone to confirm my post code and amended it accordingly. My order arrived on time, no damage and everything was there. Would not hesitate to use the again and certainly would recommend to family and friends.”

“Only this time. The website has always been VERY accurate on technical information. This time the technical information stated on the website was inaccurate. Radiator AND valves are all "own brand" i.e. Trade Radiators. When calling the office with the problem - the answer was not really as expected and therefore a little disappointing compared to the normal super efficient service. Technical specs given on the website should be accurate. If not, then they should not be given/stated. Having said all this, I will continue to use Trade Radiators as the products and team are really great and efficient. I think this was just bad luck due to bad specification.”

“I'm pleased with my new towel radiator,it looks good and the plumber that fitted it said it was good quality,not flimsy like some he's fitted,however I was surprised to see that the btu on the box,was different than that stated on the website.”
