“Really poor service told two parcels were arriving today only one received, the other is now coming Friday of next really poor communication from the company and no real form of apology. This place need to get there suppliers in order”

Sincere apologies that this happened Andrew, the couriers were really struggling with driver/staff shortages due to COVID and lockdown so at times logistics fell short of our usual standards (delayed/lost parcels) for which we are truly sorry. Glad we managed to get you all sorted in the end. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

“trade radiators’ website is very well organised, with plenty of useful information. The selection is straightforward and we have also benefitted from the next-day delivery, which was well organised with tracking options and punctual. Our radiators are yet to be installed, but it certainly looks promising so far. Will add comments on the products consequently.”
