“The radiator arrived quickly and well packaged and was checked,there was no damage.When we came to fit the radiator four weeks later ,as it was part of a project,we found out of the four connections only three had seals in them.This was obviously a manufacturing fault which necessitated us having to ring around for a plumber who had a seal as we were having a carpet fitted on the Monday morning.This caused us a big headache.”
