“Radiators arrived and they are brilliant. Valves are also excellent quality at an affordable price. Customer service was first class, any issue was quickly resolved by the ladies in the office, special mention to Amanda who went above and beyond in sorting an issue I had made for myself by ordering the wrong valves. Would have no hesitation in recommending Trade Radiators.”

Thanks for your review Henry. Any damage should be reported to our Customer Service team to allow us the opportunity to replace the item for you. Your items should be 100% perfect and will have left that way, this is most likely transit damage. We would have preferred to replace the item and would have done so had we been given the opportunity. Apologies for your inconvenience.

“Received Radiators on time. Expected arrival time received. Online ordering easy. Radiators appear to be good quality and heavy. Not installed yet but don’t expect their to be any issues. Their are cheaper variations of these radiators on the internet but reviews of those light weight radiators note rusting after a couple of years. Happy with our purchase and the company we are dealing with.”
