The radiators ordered were delivered to the wrong street causing a wasted afternoon tracking them down. 1 Radiator was damaged before packing and I am still waiting for a reply from customer service regarding a replacement.

Ordered a towel warmer radiator from this company because price was very competitive and got an extra 10% price reduction. Delivery was exceptionally fast and it arrived next day. Had a query about parts supplied and customer service team were really helpful. Highly recommended

Shoddy and poor. Unprofessional. Avoid. Purchased radiators in 2014. Now they are beginning to leak due to sub-standard manufacturing. Emailed them and they clearly don't bother to read the emails and just reply with an irrelevant template email. Mostly they don't even bother to reply at all. Phoned them. Several times they promised to phone back. Never did. It's the sort of company people really should go out of their way to avoid.

Dear Mr Thorp, we are keen to resolve this for you as quickly as possibly which we have continually reiterated to you. As you know, if a product develops any sort of issue then under the guarantee we require photos of the problem area, this is standard procedure and allows us to assess the problem quickly and efficiently for you. We advised you of this when you contacted us to report the issue and you have still not provided any images. We want this resolved as quickly and effectively as possible therefore if you could please reply to any of the emails we have sent you requesting images it would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Still waiting on Radiators we ordered on 1st of November. It was understood that the Custom Paint ones we ordered would take extra time but we are waiting on ones that would have most likely came “off the shelf” and three of the six valves we ordered are not here either... the company have been pretty poor at their customer service. I don’t think I would recommend this company to anyone where time is a factor in their project. We are currently updating the heating system of our house and have had the floors up for a prolonged period of time due to not having radiators to set the pipes to. I’m very disappointed in the service we have received; especially after our order total amounted to over £1500. On a better note, The radiators that have arrived are perfect. I am delighted with them!

Radiator came the next day. There was a slight problem but customer services sorted it out right away and I was extremely happy with the service. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Will definately purchase from them again.

Trade Radiators had the exact rad valves that I needed. Not everywhere stocks corner valves. They were delivered very quickly. Not yet fitted but I'm sure they will be fine. Would definitely use them again.

Purchased a Stratford traditional radiator and the heated rail element broke just over 2 years which meant it was out side the guarantee so I spoke to the sales team explained the situation they said there was nothing they could do and only gave me the 5 % discount that was running at the time which meant I had to pay over £ 50 for a replacement one. The heated part of the towel rail has not been in use much and was fitted about a month after delivery as it was part of the bathroom refurbishment I am disappointed it was not replaced for free or at a greatly reduced price, I just hope when this one is fitted it lasts longer.

As a first time experience my second time will be to go elsewhere! Ordered two radiators with assurances they would be delivered with 48 hours. Three days later I am calling to find out there they are, to be told that none are in stock and I'd have to wait 12 weeks for the next delivery. More apologies followed - "yes the website should indicated they were out of stock", and yes "someone should have called" but did not. Later that day I was informed that the rads had mysteriously arrived in stock and that they would be with me the following day along with a notification of delivery times. Predictably nothing was heard. More calls the following day were greeted with promises to check on the delivery status and call me back. Still nothing was heard. I was about to cancel my order when the rads arrived - trust me this would have been as big a surprise to Trade Radiators as it was to me. What an absolutely shambolic outfit. Nobody knew what was going on from start to end. Get your act together for future business. You've lost mine!

I apologise for what appears to have been a catalogue of errors due to a stock loading issue on the warehouse system for this particular product. This was an isolated incident and only effected that particular item. The issue has now been rectified however that does not of course help the problems that you had as a result for which we are truly sorry. Item shown as in stock, payment made. Had to chase by phone 7 days later after e mail that was sent was ignored. Item not in stock. Sharp practice as will take over 30 days to get in stock, if it comes in then, no guarantee. Poor.
