“I ordered a chrome heated towel rail,the website states next day delivery and thats exactly what we got! The item was well packed,appears to be good quality for the price and comes with a 10 year guarantee. I would certainly use them again”

“Online ordering very easy and straight forward. Problem with delivery though, came in 2 separate deliveries via different couriers? The 1st one contained the element etc but had suffered damage in transit and been repacked in a box by DPD so no chance to check contents. Photo and comments emailed to Trade Radiators. No communication received for these deliveries but one received 3 hours after 2nd delivery advising next day. This may have referred to a 3rd delivery next day which contained an element etc in perfect condition, (replacement?). If so, TOP MARKS to customer service. Haven't been advised yet if damaged goods are to be returned. Can recommend them as have massive range of goods in all dimensions. Many thanks.”

“The way they handled a hiccup with the couriers was first rate...no drama no fuss just got it sorted quickly . As for the radiator ! Wow! It's stunning, very classy and I'm considering changing all of them now Thank you to Laura for her superb customer service skills.....you should feel very proud !”

“We ordered a 2 column radiator it arrived bang on time with super swift delivery. It came well packaged, however this radiator was too small and we spoke to Trade Radiators they dealt with this superbly and made ordering a new larger radiator easy and even organised the uplift of the original radiator, great customer service we will definitely use Trade Radiators in the future to complete our ongoing refurbishment! The quality of the radiators are top-notch and easy to hang!”
